There are a lots of factors that cause to deplete in currency value. In the current scenario, the Russia - Ukraine war is the major reason. Russia which major export is crude oil and on the other side, Ukraine which exports Oil and fat to global market.
Importing countries which used to pay less for these products are now paying high for same quantity that demand foreign currency ($) more and due to which their currency depleted compared to $. Broadly, It is just the game of demand and supply of currency.
Not just Pakistan Rupee its applicable to nepal also. Nepalese Rupees also depleted highly during these days compared to ever in the history.
